Our Story

Spectrum Services has been carefully designed to meet the needs of individuals and families with Aspergers/Autism as well as those who have been impacted by trauma.

We were founded to provide a home for comprehensive services that would meet the needs of the neurodivergent community.  As the services we provided grew, we also deepened our understanding of how trauma impacts individuals and families.  Addressing the trauma being experienced by our clients became a vital part of the work we do, and became another focus for our work.

Our goal was to keep it simple by unifying services in one place with a collaborative team of specialist practitioners. This allows us to work holistically so that you get the tools to meet your goals and needs – truly, so that you become the expert on yourself!

Our History

Dr. Rahimeh Andalibian, a family and trauma specialist, began working with Dr. Geller to provide family therapy to neurodiverse families at Spectrum.  Her expertise in family dynamics and the impacts of trauma allowed her to support individuals and families with sensitivity to their needs.  Dr. Geller and Dr. Andalibian were able to further develop the team approach that has made Spectrum a leader in treatment for those who not only have Aspergers/Autism, but who are also navigating the impacts of traumatic experiences. The team was expanded to better provide services in the areas of trauma therapies, neurodiverse couples therapy, OCD therapy, and group therapy. Speech and language services were expanded along with coaching services.

Dr. Andalibian became the owner of Spectrum Services in 2015 when Dr. Geller retired. She has been committed to continuing to grow with the community we serve, diversifying the team, and expanding services. We are dedicated to keeping abreast of the latest evidence-based interventions and therapeutic modalities so that we can continue to provide the best care possible.

Dr. Lynda Geller started Spectrum Services nearly two decades ago.  She had been working with those in the Aspergers/Autism community and recognized that they were not getting the care they needed. Misdiagnoses and inadequate treatment were often leaving individuals and families bewildered and confused. Dr. Geller’s vision was to provide the evaluation and treatment that could lead to empowerment and understanding so that her clients could live their best lives.

Dr. Geller quickly realized that a team approach could be a highly effective way to meet the constellation of needs that many individuals and families had. By building a team of dedicated professionals, the clients at Spectrum Services were able to access all the care they needed.  We have found that this approach has been highly effective in giving multiple treatment options.
